Chris Bustos: Steward of Balance, Presence, and Purpose.
Chris Bustos isn’t just a business coach — he is a steward of balance, presence, and purpose. Through Unbound Ascent, he works with parent-entrepreneurs who are caught between scaling their venture and being fully present at home. Drawing on his own journey of juggling business growth with family life, Chris helps clients reclaim 10–15 hours a week through boundary-setting, systems, and mindset coaching. He believes that success should not come at the expense of moments with loved ones — and he designs his practice around helping business leaders thrive in both arenas. Chris shows up with empathy, conviction, and a firm commitment to transforming not just companies, but lives. Watch here: https://youtu.be/Q79JHvFSAy8?si=uEyj1S7ZZ8opDTCw

Thanks for sharing @Teresa Valenzuela ! Appreciate the kind words!
Proud of my entrepreneurial wife!
She didn’t start with a brewery. She started with a space. Carmen Velasco-Favela began with a small group—teaching women about craft beer. No big funding. No perfect plan. Just community. That turned into Mujeres Brew House—a space that now represents culture, ownership, and possibility. This is the lesson: 👉 Start small 👉 Build with people 👉 Let demand pull you forward We don’t wait for permission. We build what’s missing. That’s how movements start. 🚀

Most early-stage founders don’t have a time problem.
They have a clarity problem. At the beginning, everything feels important. Every idea feels worth exploring. Every opportunity feels like it could be “the one.” Every problem feels urgent. So you end up: - jumping between ideas - saying yes to things you’re not sure about - working a lot, but not always moving forward And at the end of the day, you’re busy but not clear on what actually mattered. This isn’t a discipline issue. It’s what happens when you’re building without clear filters yet. How can you shift out of this? Start getting honest about: - What problem you actually want to solve - Who you want to solve it for - What’s not worth your time right now Once that’s clear, things start to feel less chaotic and more intentional. What’s something you’ve been saying “yes” to lately that you’re not fully sure about?

@David Favela Great question! I love using "clarity" instead of "understand?". I think a lot of people confuse understanding with clarity. You can understand the steps, the strategy, even the advice, but still feel stuck because you don’t know what actually matters most right now. Clarity is what creates direction, not just knowledge.

@Cynthia Vazquez sounds like a tool with great potential, weekly resets are so key! I found that having a simple structure to reflect and choose priorities makes a big difference, especially early on when everything feels important. Are you seeing users struggle more with narrowing down/choosing priorities or committing to them?
