ADHD doesn’t have to be a weakness, it can become your greatest advantage.
Hi everyone, As a successful property business owner, I’ve made my fair share of mistakes along the journey. There were times when managing my business felt overwhelming, especially with the pressure of funding and the idea that heavy loans were the only way to keep things running. But things changed when I discovered a system that truly works for my property business. It helped me stay more focused, operate more efficiently, and reduce the pressure of funds so I didn’t have to rely on heavy loans to run my business. One thing I’ve learned is that having the right systems, structure, and guidance can make a huge difference, especially when you sometimes struggle with focus, finishing tasks, or staying consistent. That’s why communities like ADHD Harmony™ are so valuable. Learning how to finish what you start and turn ADHD into an advantage can completely change the way you approach business and productivity. I’m genuinely glad to share my experience and insights with other property business builders and entrepreneurs here who are looking for smarter ways to grow. What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing right now when it comes to staying focused and finishing what you start?

Finding Focus
One thing I found useful for noisy environments is using soft background noise or white noise apps.. it helps mask both ADHD distractions and the ringing in my ears. Anyone else tried something like this?

6 week program reflections from first cohort
If you're reading this and thinking about joining the next round: check it out here. These are real people, real stories, real shifts. No productivity hacks. No "just try harder." Just finally understanding how your brain works and building from there. Thank you all for your beautiful reflections ❤️ I'm honestly still processing everything from this first cohort. When I watch this video back, I don't see "testimonials." I see real people who showed up, turned their cameras on, did the hard work, and let themselves be seen. Some of you for the first time in a long time. From years of paralysis and overwhelm to finally starting (and finishing) things. From hiding behind masks to showing up fully. From dreading your to-do list to dancing inside about decluttering your craft room. From "I'm not good enough" to writing mantras you read every day. From isolation to texting friends daily and making new ones. That's not me. That's YOU. All I did was build the garden. You decided to walk in. @Sean Frost @Harley Sherman @Pam Raney @Sara Edvardsson @Shanon Grady @Deanna Dalton @Katie W @Dario Costa @Nadine Fargier And everyone else who was part of this first cohort... thank you for trusting this process, trusting each other, and trusting yourselves. You're not broken. You never were. 🙏

I joined this challenge not really knowing what to expect, but I can honestly say it’s been very insightful. What stood out for me is how it helps you slow down and actually understand how your brain and energy patterns work, rather than just trying to force productivity. As someone with ADHD, I found the way the challenge breaks things down into simple reflections really helpful. It helped me notice patterns in my day, especially around energy, rest, and focus, which I hadn’t been paying enough attention to before. It’s not about quick fixes — it’s more about awareness and working with your biology rather than against it. That shift in perspective alone has been valuable for me. If you’re someone who has been trying different things but still feels stuck or overwhelmed, I’d say it’s definitely worth going through the challenge and seeing what insights you take from it.

Day 4 ✅ Done!
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Managing my energy and adrenaline levels — I’m noticing I need to be more intentional about pacing myself and taking breaks during the day. 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: After the gym I started to feel the physical effects and realised my energy had dropped. I had planned to do some work in the evening but I slowed down and ended up taking a nap. Later I got some great news that a family member had a baby, which was a nice moment before going to bed. 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I woke up around 6am feeling fairly good. One thing I noticed was that it was already light outside, which gave the morning a lighter feeling. I had a cool shower which helped me feel refreshed. 🔁 I decided not to close my open loop: Because I realised I needed to give myself space to recover and think more clearly rather than forcing productivity. 💭 And it made me feel: More relaxed and aware of what my body actually needed instead of pushing through tiredness. 🤯 What surprised me: How much my body and nervous system respond to physical activity, rest, and light. I’m starting to see that managing my energy properly is key for consistency.
