Property has auction date in 6 weeks, seller has the property vacant for 10 years, he lives on a bigger nicer house 1/2 hour away. Obvious deferred maintenance and upkeep on the exterior and interior of the house. Neighbors been cutting the grass for him for free. We speak the same language from the Philippines 🇵🇭 which I thought was advantageous ? I sensed during the conversation that he is ashamed of the foreclosure and was reserved. TIA 😊
