How I Negotiated a $120K Assignment Fee
Coming up on Saturday, come join a Q&A zoom with me as I break down how Chinmay and I got the lead, identified problems, got the buyer involved early, and how I negotiated and got the deal under contract. It truly is a team sport to play in real estate! You won't want to miss this special meetup on Saturday, May 10 at 10am CST! https://www.skool.com/rei-elite-calls-school/calendar?eid=ab77d932b4af4d5988b4bf42b53ea86e

Must be a heck of a property to swing a $120k assignment fee! Excited to learn more, Jeff!
Introduction: Hello, I'm Edmund
Hey everyone, my name is Edmund. I live in Chicago, IL and I am a novice in real estate and looking to start my journey in door knocking and Cold calling pre-foreclosures, and eventually other realms in real estate. Aside from learning from this course, I also intend to: 1. Learn how to be a Closer, hopefully connecting with a mentor here that will guide me through this process. 2. Build my network with buyers, financing, RE attorneys, etc. 3. Connect with likeminded people and grow together

@Bryan Tecson I am now working in Houston metro. Working probate, foreclosure, divorce, tired landlords. In the past I have done buy and holds or flips. Looking to wholesale as well.

@Bryan Tecson I have a lead for you in Lake Zurich if you are interested. Not on the market yet.
Hi, I’m James Young!
Hey everyone, my name is James I live in Cleveland Ohio and I’m pursuing real estate in the Ohio (MARKET). I want to get these 3 things from this training: 1.  Get better at closing deals. 2.  Network to grow my support team and help them make money with me. 3. Finding more ways to make money in real estate. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Travel, just went to Death Valley earlier this year. 2.  Astronomy, Love the Neil deGrasse Tyson show topics. 3.  Real Estate, love going to open houses to see different architecture, floor plans, and basically how people live.

Hi James. Welcome! I suggest that you look into joining a REIA - RE Investment Assoc in addition to Jeff's training.
Objection
Objection: “I will choose whoever gives me the highest offer. I’ve been getting a lot of calls, texts, and mailers.” What would be your response? Property has auction date in 6 weeks, seller has the property vacant for 10 years, he lives on a bigger nicer house 1/2 hour away. Obvious deferred maintenance and upkeep on the exterior and interior of the house. Neighbors been cutting the grass for him for free. We speak the same language from the Philippines 🇵🇭 which I thought was advantageous ? I sensed during the conversation that he is ashamed of the foreclosure and was reserved. TIA 😊

@Bryan Tecson How did it go?!?
Sonya from Houston
Hi Everyone!! I'm new to our community but I'm not new to talking with distressed homeowners from my past employment in local county and government work. I'm excited to learn how to successfully talk to sellers and share creative financing solutions. I'm truly happy to be in community of like minded people .
