Day 2 - ✅. My loop lately has been my life is “busy” right now so being consistent and showing up for myself goes on the back burner and my perfectionism makes me flattened the other tires and I say “I’ll start again tomorrow”. If it’s a weekend it’s restarting on a Monday.
Day 31 - today I will keep my promise by eating meal 1 at 8:45am (B), performing 1 stress reducing activity for at least 10 minutes - likely picking weeds in my flowerbeds(A), prep individual meals for tomorrow (N) & pause and practice box breathing when I feel rushed (G).
Day 22 - my nervous system cue is when I am rushed and feel the anxiety and overwhelm creeping up like filling a glass of water, I will stop and do box breathing while repeating in my head, I don’t have to rush this moment.
Day 24 - My health character is Sassy Fierce and she is turning her back on the crowd today because she knows to be exceptional she can’t do what everyone else is doing.
