NEW COURSES!
Hey boys, I am looking to extend the classroom with some more valuable courses! I am only going to make what the community wants, so what is everyone struggling with specifically when it comes to fighting, self improvement or fitness? Drop a comment below or send me a private message (that's what I'll prioritise). Don't hesitate to let me know!

Some tutorials on less seen strikes like the crescent kick would be good
Update: First date
Things went really well. I feel like she is very into me & we had a fun time. Thank you Shea for tips on this man.

Glad to hear you had a good time bro
Side kicks DO work (if you use them at the right time)
Counter argument to Shea's debate about side kicks being mostly useless. Here's some pictures of me landing one almost perfectly during sparring. And a Gorgeous snap front kick for bonus points

@Shea Hammond ive never really seen many Thai boxers use a snap front kick, its always the push version and theres definitely room for both
First date ideas?
I will go on a first date with a girl, who I dont really know. Anyone have good ideas for a first date (P.S Shea, I remember the videos you sent)

Id go for something casual and maybe slightly competitive. Think like an arcade, bowling or mini golf. As great as going out to the cinema sounds great its not a good opportunity to talk and really get to know eachother. If shes more quiet and reserved then you can go for something more like a picnic/stargazing kind of vibe. Something your both going to enjoy and be able to communicate freely
New Years Resolutions?
What's everyone thinking? Are we taking stuff away from our lives or are we adding in new things to our life? Let me know in the comments, me and other members might just get some inspiration 😁

@Shea Hammond I want to make it my goal to find the true essense of MMA. What I mean is MMA today is dominated by the big sports such as Muay Thai, Boxing/Kickboxing, wrestling, Judo and BJJ/JJJ. There are some amazing artists like Wonder boy and GSP that have represented karate and MVP who has a more Taekwando looking style but they're few and far between. Theres so many other smaller arts I want to dive into and see if I can mix them into my arsenal. Ive heard a mix of reviews about Krav Maga but I think its based on more "Real Life" situations than a competition scene. Also weapon fighting have always been a passion for me that I never got to pursue properly but I have the resourcesto learn the rest of it. There is a guy who teaches weapon in the Kobudo styles who I might get in contact with because it crosses over a lot

@Shea Hammond i also enjoy a lot of Phycological parts of traditional arts, like theres a theme in ninjitsu called "Buyu" (ę¦å‹) which more or less means "Martial Family/Brotherhod" which is just the connection you have with the guys you train with. It's nice when groups come together in and outside of training instead of just paying to make small talk for 3 hours a week and not properly connecting with eachother. And that connects further to other gyms or groups and being able to share skills and learn from eachother. Ive always been fascinated by stuff like this and how you can take it and apply to life.
