Hey all! When you join, you can use this community in many different ways. Firstly, if you head over to the classroom there are courses that you can follow that help with fitness, fighting or self improvement topics. (I have more advanced guides for premium or VIP Members) You can also post as many requests as you like and I will PERSONALLY make the content to help you as BEST AS POSSIBLE. You can also message me as well as other members inside the community for any help you desire. You can even schedule 1:1 calls with myself or other members inside the community. PREMIUM MEMBERS: you have all of this as well as the advanced courses but you also get x2 calls with me a MONTH for me to give advice, help with fitness or even react to your sparring/padwork footage and then I go ahead and make relevant content that will help you, TAILORED TO YOUR PROBLEMS. VIP Members: you get full Whatsapp access to me as well as x2 calls with me a WEEK. As well as all of the benefits of free and premium members, you also get access to my most valuable courses. Priority for content goes as follows: VIP, premium members, free members. However, as a free member I will always eventually get back to you, or I will get someone from my team to get back to you. Day 1 of training camp
First day of camp for the bjj tournament. Yesterday I did some positional drills before class and during class we drilled getting out from bottom position in mount and side control and ended with some 40-50% rolls after class. Need to work on that double leg more and my single leg, as well as some other things that I want to sharpen up. But I have 4 weeks to do so, so I’ll have some time to drill and roll to prepare. Today is gonna focus on more drills in keeping pressure and holding people in a dominant position and then working to a submission from there, and likely some more rolling as well. Also I apologize for the distant camera angle but there was nobody to record for usπŸ˜”. Hope to get some better and closer angles today
