Does anyone have any recommendations for insurance brokers? Have a new project in predevelopment stages north of Atlanta, and need insurance quotes for during construction as well as post stabilization.

Hi all! My wife and I have owned commercial properties in Asheville NC for about 10 years and I'd love to build one or two more. I've gotten some estimates but the construction costs were so high that the investment math didn't work out. I've seen stories on LinkedIn about people building flex, small-bay and "luxury storage" at affordable prices so I'm here hoping to get some hints on how to achieve that.

Thoughts on this layout? We don't have room for large semi access, but made it so we can accommodate box trucks and trailers. My plan is to condo this and sell off units. Open to any and all thoughts!
