Hi all! My wife and I have owned commercial properties in Asheville NC for about 10 years and I'd love to build one or two more. I've gotten some estimates but the construction costs were so high that the investment math didn't work out. I've seen stories on LinkedIn about people building flex, small-bay and "luxury storage" at affordable prices so I'm here hoping to get some hints on how to achieve that.

Good morning from Asheville, North Carolina. I'm a broker with 12 years experience in the Western North Carolina market, much of that time focusing on Small Bay sales and leasing. I am increasingly interested in all aspects of the asset class, and would love to someday shift from brokering to owning or managing.
