So many questions for @Austin Norman and @Spencer Ferguson. I'll start with: I’ve been working hard to get more consistent with Meta ads and creative testing but keep running into the same challenges - unclear structure, hard-to-pinpoint performance issues, and no steady testing rhythm. To help build a high-performing system, I’d love to hear your take on three things: 1. What’s the most effective way to structure a Meta ad account so testing stays consistent and scalable even with limited creative volume? 2. How do you diagnose whether performance issues come from the creative, targeting, or landing page? And, what’s your go-to process for iterating quickly? 3. What’s your best practice for building a repeatable testing calendar or system that keeps fresh creative and insights flowing every week? Hoping this sparks value for everyone who’s trying to bring more consistency and results to their Meta ads!

Subscription Offer & Customer Lifetime Value ??
I've been trying to come up with a great offer to increase my subscriptions on our Joint Supplement. Was offering 40% off the first bottle and 20% each month after. It all sounded great until you run the numbers! Am I looking at this correctly? With a CAC of $50, it would take 4 months before clearing a profit.

@Randy Householder I tried something similar early on with my subscription offer. I learned quickly that you'll get a lot of discount shoppers who never make it to month 2, and definitely not month 4. Churn will be high. Push for the higher AOV. I also only have two products, and when I made the move to increase AOV, my monthly revenue has, surprisingly, become more predictable. The only lever I need to figure out now is increasing customer acquisition.
Dead Pixel!?
An agency once told me, "your pixel is dead. It's why you're not converting your Meta ads." I didn't close my ad account or create a new pixel. Instead, I continued to iterate, optimize my offer, and launch new ad creatives and hooks. I caught fire for a few months, achieving my highest revenue, before realizing I have some gaps that need to be fixed and pulled back on my ad spend. Today, I'm second guessing myself and wondering if that agency was right. I'm not converting at the rate I would like. My 30 day CTR is 2.98%, CVR is 2.96%. Whereas, on the surface, these seem healthy, revenue is not great and ROAS is sub 1. What am I missing?

@AUstin Norman This is fantastic feedback. Thank you. Any thoughts on the frequency of refreshing and/or adding new creatives/angles?
Theme ?
My active theme in Shopify is "Startup." Other than my home page, which needs a facelift, all of my pages are being built using Zipify Pages. I'm not super happy with how the Zipify Pages sit on the Startup Theme. Should I move back to one of the free themes?

@Devyn Merklin Honestly, the goal is simple: I want my site to look cohesive, load fast, and perform better. Zipify is where I build almost everything, but Startup makes those pages feel like they’re sitting on top instead of integrated. A native Shopify theme could give me a cleaner foundation and faster load speeds, so my homepage and Zipify pages don’t feel like they’re fighting each other. What I’m after is one smooth, premium flow that builds trust and converts.
