Hi Everyone! Just curious, when doing the Demo on Demand, is it worth loading the customer's website into the crawler before the call or does the Demo on Demand prompts overrule the KB? Just wondering if it would add a little sizzle for the customer for a Voice AI demo for 5 seconds or additional work.

What is everyone doing for the demo on demand calls when you demo Voice and the customer is using their phone for the virtual meeting? My customer had an IPhone that had to disconnect from our Google Meet to call the AI Receptionist when they received the number in the text after submitting the form. Kinda awkward 😬

Small win! I have now booked my first AI strategy call for tomorrow. It is the guy that owns a Plumbing service that I was asking about Thumbtack. I still don't know about how to implement the AI with that, but I will try to get him on the trial version of voice AI to handle the calls he is getting while I try to figure out the Thumbtack thing. I know it isn't money in the bank, but I need something to go right for me. I don't think there will be too much of a resistance to the voice AI, especially after I demo it for him. Then it will be time to tackle Thumbtack.
