Live Bot Build! is happening in 34 hours
RhondAi Time
Hey everyone - I'm new here. I've worked with GHL before and building random AI projects. I've not created an agency on my own before and was hoping to learn the ropes here and jump on the AI movement while it's still "young". Any tips for first clients? I cannot get people to message me on Upwork except for the one lady who did on accident. 🤣 (Oh, and anyone else in Phx?)
New here and already winning...
Hey everyone! This community is ELECTRIC....the momentum is contagious! I'm happy to be here for to learn, exchange ideas and connect with all of you. I am Lori, military spouse, USAF vet, and last year decided to take my AI skills to market. In November I created The Boardroom...a collection of AI agents for solopreneurs before I knew what I was doing and before much of the AI tech that is so easily accessible right now. Started selling it but didn't know how to scale and the journey has led me here. I'm in the stage of life where my husband is nearing the end of his military career, kids are launching into the world and we want to make sure the bag is secure in all ways. @Brian Arrington introduced me here and this community is everything he's said it is. I joined Tuesday night, it's Thursday night....I read through some of the posts and was inspired to reach out to somebody and make an offer. Now after 48 hours I have my first booking! 🥳 Thank you for warm welcomes...it's good to be here.
New to Marketing
Hello, my name is Charley. I've been in data engineering for over 15 years as a consultant building data warehouses, mostly SQL and Python, but haven't been on the client facing side of sales and marketing. I was introduced to GHL for a couple of personal projects and am interested in learning more about the platform and how to position it's features.
Excited to be here! 👋
Hi everyone, I’m Dinasty. I’ve been a digital marketer and business consultant for over 10 years and I am super excited to switch my offerings to AI and automations through go high level. I honestly jumped right out there on my first day. I used the Alex Hormozi method, DM’d 100 people and day one from Facebook cold outreach I closed my first client for $3,333. That made me dive deeper into go high-level and that’s how I came upon the interview with Jeff and immediately I knew he had to be my mentor, so I invested in joining the group. I am off to a great start, but I don’t want it to just be a lucky streak. This is something I want to take serious and scale so I am so happy to be here, learn and soak up all the information. Anybody in the central Florida or South Florida area let me know. Would love to meet up for coffee and cowork. I’m wishing us all continued success!
🚀 From AI Ideas to AI Income: learning in my first week at CEO Lab
Hey fellas, This is AJ; by trade, I'm a product leader working in the tech space for a while and motivated to bridge the gap between building great tech and actually scaling it into a market-dominant business. Recently joined CEO Lab, and I have to take a second to share some gratitude after a few days into the program. Joining a new community can be overwhelming, but @Jeff Lopez and @Charles Guerra have built something truly different here. It’s not just another group talking about "what AI might do"—it’s a laboratory for what AI founders are actually doing to scale. Thank you for the relentless focus on the "Sales Pitch." Watching the breakdowns has been a masterclass in removing friction from the buyer’s journey. I also like to thank @Sherm Stevens @Rafael Manzon @Jeremy Bardwell @Ian McIntosh as they quickly jumped on and helped me with my initial questions - I truly see how the community is helpful :) My Big Takeaway for Fellow Newbies: The biggest trap in AI SaaS is "Development Drift"—spending months building a feature nobody knows how to buy. I have realized that being disciplined enough to watch and practice the sales pitches Jeff shares is just as important as the code itself. If you can't articulate the "Value over Velocity," the best AI in the world won't save the business. Questions for the Veterans in the Group: I do have a few questions for veterans who have been here and are already scaling their AI SaaS: 1. Sales vs. Product: In your first 6 months, how much of your weekly "discipline" was spent on refining your pitch vs. refining your prompts? 2. The "Jeff Effect": What’s one specific piece of advice from a Jeff/Charles session that completely changed how you handle a discovery call? 3. Newbie Advice: For someone just starting their first "Practice Pitch" recordings—what’s the one mistake you see almost everyone make?
