I feel like I hear this a lot and I’m struggling with it - I have a not-yet-niched channel that does beauty content, but also with a vintage twist. I love all this stuff, and could talk about it for hours, but I have no idea how this translates to being valuable for someone else. I’m like, “You’ll be utterly charmed for the 15 minutes you watch my video”? Lol… How do you guys move through this with your own niches? How do you think about giving value to a viewer?

One of my most recent videos has an audience retention that starts at 60%. What I normally see and expect to see is a drop from 100%, not a start at 60%. Does anyone know what this means or how I can make sense of it so I can learn from it? Thank you.

I threw up a video I didnt even plan to make, that I rambled on for 20 minutes again, used the similar Thumbnail concept and posted it at 2:45 am this morning. It has surpassed my last video and is now the #1! I'll be curious to see where it ends up after 24hrs. It has 41 views in the first 9hrs 45min 2 more than the previous video It has a 12:00 CTR which is just a hair under the last one at this time. AVD is at 6:52 currently And I am now at 921 Subs!!!!!
