Hi all! I posted about this in another channel that I’m in, but I’d love your feedback. I really wanted to give myself something that would challenge me this month. I felt like I was getting really overwhelmed with everything I was learning about being a successful content creator, and I was like, “stop watching videos - start making some!” So I’ve come up with a challenge for myself and anyone that wants to join me. I’m posting one video on YouTube every day for the next 30 days, and I’m calling it Start Where You Are November. The goal is to see what happens when I put my video babies out there, even if they’re not perfect (spoiler alert: they never are!). Anyone wanna do it with me??? I know this is probably not something others might get excited about but I have two new subscribers this week. I have a total of 43 and I’m grateful for each one. Any growth at all is so encouraging and it makes me feel like I can really do this.

I feel like I hear this a lot and I’m struggling with it - I have a not-yet-niched channel that does beauty content, but also with a vintage twist. I love all this stuff, and could talk about it for hours, but I have no idea how this translates to being valuable for someone else. I’m like, “You’ll be utterly charmed for the 15 minutes you watch my video”? Lol… How do you guys move through this with your own niches? How do you think about giving value to a viewer?

I know that I might be impatient but there is no new subs this week... yet 😪 One gets addicted to watching the stats - and when I finally started to fill in Alexas and Ty's stats heet - so much fun :D Not that anything has happened statistically quite yet but still - a boost to develop better videos indeed!
