How are you guys handling “giving people value”?

I feel like I hear this a lot and I’m struggling with it - I have a not-yet-niched channel that does beauty content, but also with a vintage twist.

I love all this stuff, and could talk about it for hours, but I have no idea how this translates to being valuable for someone else. I’m like, “You’ll be utterly charmed for the 15 minutes you watch my video”? Lol…

How do you guys move through this with your own niches? How do you think about giving value to a viewer?
