Hey team, I hope you enjoy this video. I recorded it from the bottom of my heart. I just wanted to say that failure happens to all of us. You work hard, you want something, you give it everything you have, and sometimes the answer is still not this time. What matters most is what you do next. Do you stay down, or do you learn, reset, and get back to work For me, I heard someone talk about the rule of 5. Five minutes to be upset. Five minutes to feel it. And after that, I have to move forward with a plan. This changed everything for me and kept my momentum alive. Sometimes life closes a door to push you toward the one you were truly meant to walk through. If you are going through something tough right now, remember that failure does not define you. Thanks @Bruno Militz for such an amazing workshop. With work, studies, and gym I didn’t know it was possible to fit more things in my schedule or how to prioritize events.
