I am extremely thankful to YOU! ♥️🙏🏽
I don’t know how you guys feel about this community or Skool in general, but I can honestly say this has completely changed my life. And it’s wild to think I’ve only been here for about 3 months. Skool has changed the way I connect with people, the way I see others, the way I learn, grow, and progress. I finally found a place where we’re not judged, where people actually listen, support one another, share honestly, challenge one another with respect, and genuinely want to see one another win. A place where growth is encouraged, vulnerability is safe, and everyone understands that we’re all on our own journey, but we don’t have to walk it alone. The words below are just a few wins I’ve had from getting to know you so far, and I love this moment because this is only the beginning. There is no order of importance or preference, by the way. You also DON’T NEED TO READ IT ALL, you can skip directly to your name 😂 As we’re about to get into the topic of “communication,” I want to say this: words are extremely powerful. We’ll break that down and explain why very soon. Until then, I want to leave a note for the people who have made the biggest difference in my life here so far. @Jack Shiller - man, that IRL was only powerful because you were there. Meeting you in person was not only by coincidence, and I admire your effort to create such an amazing group and the name, I told you… The most appealing name I’ve seen. Jack, every day I wake up and show up here, I’m excited to engage with you because you’re such a positive person and a joy to be around. I admire your willpower to get out of your comfort zone and do something every day that you KNOW you don’t feel comfortable with, and that tells me where you’re going in life… success is right around the corner, brother. Moving away from your parents’ house to be here is a huge deal, and I admire you for that, too. And don’t forget, your public speaking skills are already amazing, and they’ll only get better from here.
I am extremely thankful to YOU! ♥️🙏🏽

@Bruno Militz I completely agree with @Jack Shiller, amazing heartfelt words, and after reading and knowing you and what you created here, and when we worked together, those were all straight from the heart. And I know myself and the others here are so grateful to have been involved in this platform. I cannot wait to see how far it will grow, as well as learn from everyone else on this platform. Super excited to see how much we will all learn from each other and grow personally and professionally.
If you had to ...
If you had to choose an animal to be for the rest of your life, what would you choose and why? I know today is about fun, but I saw this quote this morning and it stuck with me: “If you want to get warm you must stand near the fire; if you want to be wet you must get into the water. If you want joy, power, peace, eternal life, you must get close to, or even into, the thing that has them.”— C. S. Lewis Food for thought as we head into the weekend. Alright… back to fun 😎

@Georgiana D it might be lengthy but it’s sure informative. I’m going to ask ChatGPT about me and let’s see what it says.

@Bruno Militz exactly.
Let’s talk about Leadership? 😏
If this community is going to be valuable, it has to be built around what actually matters to you right now, not generic leadership theory or recycled quotes. Leadership shows up in real life. In how you manage your time, make decisions under pressure, handle conversations you would rather avoid, and follow through when motivation is low. Over the next few weeks, I want our content, discussions, and accountability to reflect the challenges we are actually facing. That starts with your input. 👉 Comment your Top 3 Leadership areas you want to work on, study, or actively apply in your life right now. Your answers will directly shape our focus over the next 2 to 4 weeks. Leadership Topics We Can Dive Into: • Self-leadership and personal responsibility • Goal setting and execution (We already covered this, and gladly to go even more in-depth) • Time management and priorities • Decision making under pressure • Accountability and follow-through • Communication and difficult conversations • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness • Leading without a title • Vision and long-term thinking • Building habits and systems that support growth • Confidence, presence, and influence • Handling conflict and tension • Coaching others vs managing tasks I’m also open to any additional suggestions you have. It's really hard to list all Leadership topics when everything in our lives revolves around leadership. Pick your Top 3 and don’t just list the topics. Add a short example of how each one shows up in your life right now and why it matters to you at this stage. For example, if you choose time management, explain where you feel stuck or what you want to improve. And as a reminder, this won’t stay theoretical. We’ll turn these topics into real actions, real reflection, and real accountability through our conversations and calls. Let’s build something useful. Let’s go 😎🔥

• Self-leadership and personal responsibility • Time management and priorities • Building habits and systems that support growth • Coaching others vs managing tasks It took me a few days of back and forth and back and forth. All those topics really are important even if I already know them or have learned them before. Nothing ever wrong with a refresh. But these four always made the list in some shape or form. I know you asked for three but these 4 are things I believe are too important for my goals to not go over.

@Bruno Militz absolutely, like you say writing it down and breaking it down helps to focus more and get more completed. - Self-leadership and personal responsibility: I’ve seen over the year myself and other delegating their own responsibilities and then they don’t get done so figuring out how to set your own standards as well as knowing what to delegate and what to keep in your own control I believe is super important for me and my business and life. • Time management and priorities: so the biggest holes I’ve seen in my game over the years is setting the right priorities. I sometimes feel something is more important then it is due to other people telling me or asking me and me wanting to help everyone. • Building habits and systems that support growth: I believe habits are the key to success in everything we do in life. Unfortunately we sometimes pick up the wrong habits it’s not in spite but in confusion due to how it’s phrased or explained. And to not upset or let others down we add it to our system and then lose control of ourselves and our own goals • Coaching others vs managing tasks: I’ve seen myself and other lose focus on their own goals when trying to help others accomplish their goals. I feel it is important to prioritize these and make sure everything is systematic and structured to be able to do both. So to sum it all up I believe I have weakness in all of these and feel if I can learn to strengthen these 4 topics my game will help me grow leaps and bounds that it’s never seen before.
If you could do ANYTHING in 2026… what would you choose? 😏
Let’s pretend for a second that responsibilities, bills, and expectations don’t exist. Just for 2026… What would you do and comment why 😂

I put winning the lotto cause you know what they say, money doesn't buy happiness, but it does buy options, and those options make me happy. And with the lotto I can travel the world and experience much more than I ever thought of.

Let’s have some fun? Would You Rather: Leadership Edition Now let’s play 👇 Would you rather… A) Address issues as soon as they come up: For me personally, if I wait, then unfortunately, I will overthink and start looking deeper into other topics, which then have caused resentment towards the person or actions. A) Have direct, honest conversations even if they feel uncomfortable: For me, it is mostly this one, I know for me talking it out and finding more of the reason behind what happened or why it happened helps me address it more accordingly, and even sometimes changing my mind/opinion. B) Meet people where they are and build from there? I like to meet them where they are to show them what they are capable of in their eyes, and then, little by little, push them a bit further. And make sure they know at the end that they have achieved more than they have before, and show the excitement and how easy it was. Show them that fear was the biggest issue for them, not the doing.
