The offer
Hey! Just became a paying UpHex customer (no more trial 🎉) and I'm trying to wrap my head around the setup + monthly fee model before I go all in. A few things still unclear to me: 1. **Who pays for the ad budget?** Is it built into the monthly fee, or does the client fund it separately? 2. **How do you size the budget?** Is there a formula you use, or is it negotiated case by case? Also a bigger picture question: if I'm targeting a sub-sub-niche (which makes sense to me), why would a client choose a "rented ads" model over hiring someone (also targeting this sub-sub-niche) who builds fully custom creatives specifically for them? What's our edge there? Are we basically lead sellers in this model, or is it more nuanced? Thanks in advance — happy to return the favor once I figure this out! 😄
Customers freedom ?
Hi there, I used during a few months another tool that integrates with GHL and in this White Label Tool, my customers have the choice to use my services to create ads campaign for them (DFY) or they can do by their own with or wothout my help (DIY and DWY) As @Sam Carlson is really persuasive, I'm trying UpHex now, and as far I've understood, with UpHex the only way of work is the DFY model, if I'm right, the only option my customers have is to Launch a campaign I've created for them ?

@Sam Carlson This customer is not in a niche I plan to work with. She is customer since 10 years, and she wants now to start an ads campaign. But It's definitely not a niche I plan to serve, she is in Fitness niche and I'm really overweigth. I don't feel confortable to meet fitness coaches every day :)

How to Build a Library of Ads
Parents don’t have time for trial and error, and especially not for shiny objects. We’ve got actual lives to run. So when something actually works… It’s worth paying attention to. So let me start with a couple of real-world examples: ...Quinn Nolan built his agency to $20,000 a month with two ads. Two. ...Zeyad hit $10,000 a month in two months. Same concept. Both of them did it by keeping things incredibly simple only needing a Small Library of Ads. Ads that produce quality leads. Here’s how it works: 1. Pick one niche. 2. Build a handful of ads specifically for that niche. 3. Find prospects in that niche and rent those ads to them every month. You build it once. You sell it to ten clients. Then ten more. No guessing what to build for each new client. No starting from scratch every time someone new shows up. The library is yours. The niche is yours. The recurring revenue is yours. That’s what a real business asset looks like. Not a side hustle that eats every weekend you promised your kids. An actual system? You build once and sell over and over. So if you’re a parent trying to build something real on the side of your actual life I’m doing a free live workshop on February 26th at 11am MST. https://www.myagencymvp.com/ads-library I’ll build a Small Library of Ads on screen. From scratch. In real time. https://www.myagencymvp.com/ads-library Your move. Sam
