@Tina Woods yeah it really is and I'm trying my best, it's just so hard to overcome, it hurts and upsetting, I want answers n things, I've been looking up trauma bonding as I think that's what I'm dealing with is the trauma bond and obviously everything he's done to me and still tries to do to me.. and yeah I appreciate that so much thank you, been working towards to opening up and speaking out more on my story x
