Holy fuck Thor! Very powerful words! Inspiring! Thank you for sharing and I’m so happy for you! This has brought a lot of clarity. I too have hurt people in ways that I don’t want anyone to get hurt. This created a lot of fear within me, it made me afraid of my darkness, afraid of myself and because of this I buried things deep in the bottle. At the beginning of embracing my spiritual path of self discovery in 2020 I found light and the light was really strong. I was giving this light to everybody, I was bringing good vibes across the land, I was bringing peace. Was I really? Or was it just the appearances I wanted everyone else to see so that they never seen my darkness? I realize now that I was just hiding in the light I found. Yes, I truly helped people to uplift their self esteem and did do a lot of good but within I was using the light to protect others and myself from my own darkness. 2022 to 2024 was really rough for me. I still was pleasant for others but within I started getting heightened feelings of depression, anxiety, hopelessness, fear, doubt, frustration, loneliness, and thoughts of suicide. It was as if my darkness was saying “hey I’m still here. I’m here too”. I’m grateful for these two years because those feelings acted as a warning, me saying to me “if you don’t acknowledge me and take care of me, this darkness will come out unconsciously in ways you might regret”. at the beginning of 2025 I started to embrace my shadow and care for it. I began to face it, accept it, hold space with it and get to know it. Since doing this he’s becoming my friend and we are learning to trust each other but it took me overcoming the fear, being vulnerable and allowing those darker parts of myself to be heard to begin this friendship. Embracing and mastering the light AND the dark is being the avatar, that is self mastery. This game of life is internal. Everything we experience and create happens within us first! Yes it’s a process that takes time and that’s why all of the ascended masters vision is ETERNITY, that is why the Creator gave us eternity. We’ve all been here before, this is what reincarnation is all about. Remembering who we are, our shadow AND our spirit, understanding and grounding both in to this being. The farther we go into the dark the farther we go towards light, which means the closer we get to the creator. Each time we do this shit, die and rebirth, we get stronger and clearer. Dying before death accelerates the process and profound growth emerges.

Thank you for being here with us and sharing this! You're not alone when it comes to having doubt about going down this path. I've found that the doubt and fear comes from not knowing exactly what's going to happen so like you said the mind plays tricks on us because it's easier to hold on to what it knows, it's a safety mechanism so we "don't get hurt again". The ability to open up and put our heart on our sleeve creates tremendous strength and discovery, vulnerability is 1 key to freedom. We have to acknowledge the shadow part of us let it be heard and seen but refocus and remind ourselves that we can have faith and embody trust in the universe, the people of this community and in ourselves that the path of the unknown will bring us back to who we really are. Listen to the darkness and feed the light. I'm proud of you for walking the path of self discovery, we're all here for you and know that it is already a huge win. Be proud of yourself because what you discover about yourself good or bad you can use to help your daughter. Keep going, be here now and trust.
