Who I Am 🌸 My name is Teresa. I am a woman, a divine feminine human, and a being unified as one. I am the mother of three children, four dogs, and two horses. Motherhood is my purpose in life—it’s where I nurture, guide, and support my children as they grow into the amazingly cool young beings they choose to be. Together, we ebb and flow, learning from one another. Through being a mother, I’ve learned how to be both a teacher and a student. My children gave me my voice and my confidence. There was no room for hiding, no space for silence—they needed me to speak for them until they could speak for themselves. And now that they’ve found their voices, I encourage them to use them—not to echo my values or anyone else’s, but to discover and express their own. They look to me as their protector, but also as an example—of how life can be lived, and of the kind of people they may one day meet in the world. I wanted to be the mother I both had and didn’t have. For a time, I had to be everything from all directions as my children faced adversity and unkindness. We became a strong unit, a team, a little community of our own. It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve longed for our tribe—set intentions, cast spells, lit candles to call them in. Yet, where we live, they don’t seem to be here. And though I dream of moving us somewhere we can thrive, I’m currently limited by health challenges and finances. Still, I’m building. What began as creating for my own healing has grown into work I now share with the world. My hope is to generate the means to bring us to a place where community, connection, and better health can flourish. I create alternative education for kids, young people—and really, for everyone. I write healing stories and meditations that are best experienced rather than explained: simple, playful, light, and full of heart. Everything I make is a spilling-out of my inner child, offered with love. If you come across anything I share, I hope you receive it with the joy and healing it carries. 🌿✨
