That script is gold! Scheduling an assessment at a potential client's home ASAP is a real mover on the conversion rate for our home repair business, even if we could give them an estimate via email. That in-person touch is valuable. Our Field Manager is responsible for these assessments in the afternoons after he gets our Field Techs going in the mornings.

Hey, everyone. I'm Carrington Dillon from Charlotte, NC. My partner and I are building a handyman business named Joyce Cline Handyman Services. We have 4 full-time handymen and 2 part-time handymen. We have built our business on referrals from realtors doing market-ready repairs and home inspection repair lists. Additionally, we're building subscription models to layer on top of our existing services. We're here to get insight on building out SOPs and systems in order to get out of the day-to-day of our business and scale our business. I'm currently looking to hire a VA who knows how to use Jobber! We're currently working on hiring 2 more full time handymen from an Indeed posting, and we will promote one of our existing handymen to a Field Manager role. (Austin, thank you for that Sunday morning livecast on Youtube!) Before this business, my partner and I worked together in the nuclear energy industry where we learned consultative sales methods which we use extensively in our home repair business. I left that career to build an ecommerce business from scratch using bootstrapped marketing techniques and custom built solutions. I still run that business and have knowledge on leveraging advertising platforms like Google Ads to **profitably** grow a business. I am currently learning Instagram marketing and have come up with a concept strategy for our market and target demo. I'm excited to implement this and share my results with the group. I'd love to learn Austin's Facebook ad strategy as well!
