My focus is helping midlife women pivot their careers and navigate life transitions by creating their future self through mindset shifts and building practices, routines, and systems that make sustainable change possible. I'm thinking that my channel is a funnel for my community and coaching practice and monetization is not a priority. ☀️

YouTube is running this test in Ireland and Poland at the moment and say this is a highly requested feature. If it goes ahead, people will be able to send clips and chat about them inside the mobile app -like Instagram. It will also scan the messages to ensure community guidelines compliance. Remember they released this in 2017 then scrapped it 2 years later? They haven't revealed what they will name it yet (but what would you name it if you had naming rights???) Can you see yourself using this in a big way?

what would you place inside of it and to whom would you give it? Where would you hang it? Let’s see….. I’d put in something sweet, something happy, something different, something to learn, a greeting card and anything else that might fit into it. I would hang it in a spot with a sign that says “Free”. It would need to be a place that draws the most attention from someone who needs some cheer, is curious, appreciative, enjoys pleasant surprises and wants to learn more about the stocking.
