Reflect and Reset
Check-in + Gentle Reset - Reflect on how you felt during the week: what practices helped, what felt good, what felt hard — spend a few minutes journaling about the week. If you aren't the type to keep a journal, take a few minutes for quiet contemplation. - Do something nurturing for the body this weekend: eat a nourishing "clean"-food meal, drink some herbal tea, take a walk in nature, or spend some time meditating — a gentle “reset” for body + mind.

@Marama Rawenata sounds fun and like it will keep you healthy! Good on you for finding a way to move your body on your terms.

@Marama Rawenata I would continue to walk my journey. The person would choose to be inspired by my actions. If they wanted to move more, then I would encourage them to think about the why they want to make this change and focus on the benefits and acknowledge the difficulties that may arise. I would have them to lean into creating their Future self identity and build the supporting actions and thoughts to make this change. I walk my community members through the process in a workshop I lead. Feel free to check me out. Not sure if I can drop my link here, but you can find me via my profile.
