Ask Yourself Why
Today's quote from my book: “Why? Because I never moved from planning into execution.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 167 A lot of people don’t ask themselves this question honestly. They stay busy, stay active, and convince themselves they’re making progress. But when you really stop and look at the results, the answer becomes clear. It’s not a lack of knowledge. It’s not a lack of opportunity. It’s not even a lack of effort. It’s a lack of execution. That’s the difference between movement and results. You can plan all day, but until you act, nothing actually changes. The moment you move from planning into execution, everything shifts.

@Marama Rawenata we've all been there at some point, if we're honest with ourselves.
Targeted Movement
Today's quote from my book: “It’s not random motion; it’s targeted movement with meaning behind it.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 171 A lot of people confuse activity with progress. They stay busy, fill their calendar, and keep moving, but the movement is scattered. It gives them the feeling that something is happening, even when it is not leading anywhere meaningful. That is not inspired action. Inspired action has direction. It is tied to purpose, values, and the person you are becoming. It is not about doing more just so you can feel productive. It is about taking the right steps with the right intention. That is where momentum changes. When your movement has meaning behind it, your actions stop feeling random and start becoming aligned.
Targeted Movement
Real Question!...
What actually changes a person? Is it the big moment? Or the small decisions no one sees? Because from what I’ve seen… The people who’ve really changed… aren’t loud about it. They move differently. Speak differently. Handle things differently. I break this down properly in the video. Curious to hear your take first: What do you think real change actually looks like?

The small things repeated over time create lasting change. There can be moments in time when a quantum shift happens overnight, but those are the exceptions.
Intention Isn’t Enough
Today's quote from my book: “I had the intention to change my life, but very little actually changed.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 167 A lot of people live right here. They want to change. They mean to change. They fully intend to do something different. And for a while, that intention feels powerful. But nothing moves. Because intention, by itself, doesn’t produce results. It creates the possibility of change, but not the outcome. Without action, it stays potential. That’s the gap most people never close. Real change begins the moment intention turns into execution. Not perfect execution. Just movement.
Intention Isn’t Enough
Call It What It Is
Today's quote from my book: “These are well-dressed excuses.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 170 A lot of people don’t call it an excuse. They call it timing. They call it preparation. They call it waiting for the right moment. But underneath all of that, it’s the same thing. It’s avoidance. That’s why it’s so effective. It doesn’t look weak. It looks reasonable. It sounds responsible. And because of that, it’s easy to justify staying exactly where you are. That’s the trap. The moment you strip it down and call it what it is, everything changes. You stop negotiating. You stop delaying. You start moving.
