Hi! I'm Carmen!
Hi! I'm Carmen a 43 y/o from Florida struggling with my hormones and with an OB who told me just to take over the counter supplements 🥴 I found this group on Instagram and am hoping to get some clarity on what I'm going through! I think its Perimenopause, but my labs say "i'm normal" lol Anyway, excited to be here!

@Megan Stango Thats awesome! I'm going to have to find another doc too. Mine ended up telling me everything was fine and that my joint pain was most likely rheumatoid arthritis... 🥴 She said everything else (my night sweats, mood swings, irregular period, low libido) was just normal and that I was a healthy "young" lady lol. OK!!!! 🙄
