3 offers to make 2026 your best year yet
Happy Sunday, I've always noticed that a clear shift is happening in the market back to the fundamentals. To me, I've seen the foundation of every business is the offers they put into the market. For Productized Coaches, that one thing is a great offer. Because a great offer will scale better with ads, make more from organic while leading to better client results. And in my opinion there's really three offers you need in 2026: - Micro Offer to get buyers day after day. Escape the time for money trap and have an offer working for you brining buyers into your world. - Overnight Offers to productize your knowledge to support clients while selling access through organic + paid ads to get new clients. - Productized Offers to convert buyers into a premium recurring revenue offer with multiple tiers (tools, group, 1-on-1) Every single time I follow this pattern of focusing on the offer, I crush it and grow. Every time I waver and get distracted, I fall back. Simple in theory... . But when you do a lot of things for people and have multiple dimensions to your work, creativity and impact overwhelm can get in the way. Or the simple act of trying to figure out which one is going to create the right frame that actually leads to clients vs something that sounds good on paper but is actually trash. Which is why I'm opening up a few slots on my calendar for offer planning calls. Where we sit down and map out the exact offers you need to hit your 2026 target in the first three months.
