I like to track my wearings on Parfumo. Here are my top 10 most worn for 2025. Looking forward to continue the olfactory adventures in 2026.

For me, Valentino's Born in Roma Extadose wins by far. It a simple and addictive scent that is great for layering, and suitable for every season. Lavender and wood, with sweet and spice It plays well with others. If you like layering, and experimenting, Extradose is simple but loud, it last long, projects well, and is a compliment getter. I like using it as a base and adding a shot (or 2) of something else. (Coral fantasy and Dylan Blue are nice partners, but PdM's Layton seems a particularly special friend of Extradose... 3 shots of Extradose, 1 shot of Coral Fantasy, and 1 shot of Layton is my secret formula.) What scent did you use most this year, and why?

Trying out Double Attack today, one of the Soulmates from the Mind Games line. This one’s a decant from Nordstrom with the plastic sprayer, so take this wear with a grain of salt. First impression? A powdery chocolate with a soft orange twist in the background. Really unique, but I’m letting it develop before forming a full opinion. Not layering it today, but I’ve been thinking about what from my collection would be a good pairing. I think En Prise could be a killer match. It’s bold and spicy up top and might give Double Attack the kind of edge it’s missing on its own. Anyone else tried layering the Soulmates with the Artisans from this line? Would love to hear what combos worked for you.
