@Jill Cooper I'm definitely using Cowork. I'm on with their bot chat. They said that I can't use the .plugin file directly. I need to upload the zip. But I get an error doing that. "invalid plugin: missing claude-plugin/plugin.json" They said "You need to upload a ZIP file, not a .plugin file. The documentation specifically states that plugin files must be valid ZIP files under 50 MB. For Cowork personal plugins, the upload process requires ZIP format through the "Upload plugin" option in the Customize menu. Make sure your ZIP contains the proper structure with a .claude-plugin/plugin.json file in the root directory. If you have a .plugin file, you may need to repackage it as a ZIP or check with whoever provided it about the correct format for Cowork."

Done (ish)! My pixel is setup, but I don't have a free book in bookfunnel yet. I've only published one novel, and it's in KDP Select. I'm working on a reader magnet, so I'll set that part of after it's complete.
