Thank you so much for holding the space with such safety and leadership...both you and Ryan! I got home about 6.30 and have just popped the kids in bed and gone phew what a day!

Just wanted to say, I've had multiple times today starting to think about some of the negative thoughts that have been causing anxiety lately, and Ive noticed it right at the beginning and said to myself "you are a shining light, in full alignment with life"...and it has been an amazing thought disruptor and brings a smile to my face. So good!

At home Pilates exercises ❤️❤️
Hey team! Here are some exercises that can be done at home. No equipment needed! I have added audio to guide you through each of them. You can stay with them for as little as 2 minutes each or 10 minutes each. It is totally up to you (make sure you do both sides of the body when working one at a time though 😅). There is a part 1 & part 2 so watch in order so you can get a nice nervous system shake out at the end.
