Hey team, Caitlin here. I'm coming in from whangarei. Mumma of two (7 and 10), with one asd and one probably a bit spicy. Single mama and just determined to make life as full and amazing as I can. We do a lot of emotion work in my house with the kids brains being as they are so I guess that was what drew me to state change in the first place...this will be my 3rd round. I am coming in from a heightened stressed and anxious state this time. Navigating some life and relationship changes. My intention is to create some really nourishing and peaceful routines to get me back to my best self.

Woohoo keen!
Low energy post breathwork
Man I have had such a low energy week since Tuesday...just feeling flat and tired and no matter how much sleep I get it doesn't seem enough. Lost my cares for cooking and healthy food options ..reaching for the comfort foods. I thought it was usual to be tired for a day or so but is this long normal? Any suggestions?

I saw a video this morning that talked about the body and nervous system not having a memory for your new self that you are choosing so then old habits feel familiar and new ones feel scary...it resonated. Yesterday I think I gave up a bit and was thinking stuff it, who cares about the week just get through it and have a reset on the weekend. But then today I got home and had a bath and relaxed and reflected on the week and I was thinking it's my choice to act this way, I have a choice to be my old self or choose a new way...and then read your message!

I struggled to put my personal law into one statement today so it's a bit long...I place all of my worth on how others treat me or my perception of what others think of me. I am holding myself back in life due to a fear of what others think about me. I am unlikeable, unloveable and misunderstood by others. The reframe ...I am radically worthy, valuable and the world needs more of my magic. I deserve to be seen, held and witnessed by life.
