Excited To Be Inspired In The Kitchen Again!
To be completely honest my main agenda when I'm cooking (as a Mum of 3 with a super busy household) is just to get the food made as quick as humanly possible. I often cook in multiple stages around sports practices, housework, running my own business around my work and attempting to be a present Mum to my kids 😅. Although the food is predominantly super healthy it's lacking in creativity and intention. This is one of my faaaaave parts of the State Change program. Getting the chance to shake it up, gain some inspiration and actually really practice ENJOYING and being present when preparing food. Do we have any foodies in the group or are you more like me- in and out as quick as possible around the rest of life? 🤣🤷♀️
