Wellllll heeeey there Cohort 11!!! Wowee Choiwee here. I'm a lil bit State Change obsessed (or rather growth obsessed 😅). This ain't my first rodeo- however I absolutely love meeting myself again each cohort, connecting with new people, resetting, refreshing and recommitting to whatever is here for me this time around. I live between Mount Maunganui and our sweet, gorgeous rural spot in Coatesville, Auckland. I work as a Health teacher at Tauranga Intermediate and Pilates Instructor in Takapuna, as well as with my own clients as a Somatic Therpist, Relationship Coach and Wedding Celebrant. I am setting an intention during this program of using the tools and space to support me to maintain my devotion to myself and my own wellbeing, as well as a deep sense of faith in the path as it unfolds around me this year. Let's gooooooo!!+

Get clear on your goals and build habits for a healthier, happier you? Jump on board! As you've already found your way to this community, maybe you've taken part in a programme before or maybe you're still waiting to make that step - wherever you are in your journey - you are welcome. Each time you embark on the EYS journey it will offer you something new. 🌟 Keen to take part? We'll be welcoming people into this group and opening up the Cohort in the next few weeks. @Nikaela Walsh start with short sessions (30 seconds to 2 minutes) and gradually increase. Listen to your body, as factors like stress and sleep can affect tolerance. Consistency with shorter, more frequent plunges is usually more beneficial than infrequent, extreme ones. The most important part- listen to your body! Find that sweet spot where you are stretching your capacity without overwhelming your system.

@Sarah Vane as women we can have huge benefits from it being 10-15 degrees. We don't need it as cold as men to gain from the plunge. Late luteal (premenstrual) can be even warmer as we often would be more sensitive to the cold.
