post dinner Walk 25 mins βœ… before breakfast 500 ml water βœ… Breakfast oats and eggs β˜‘οΈ before lunch fruits and 500 ml water βœ… lunch chicken shami sandwich β˜‘οΈ before dinner cucumber and 500 mo water βœ… dinner chicken curry and naan βœ… no bakery item βœ… I am grateful for pushing myself to walk a little despite i was feeing depressed

No steps that I recorded as was having migraine whole day and whole night. I hardly got up for house work and cook for family, not an intentional walk πŸ˜” that is how my health one problem or another 🀲🏻 Had eggs with oats in breakfast 🍳 lunch was a fruit salad without sugar dinner was beef steak πŸ₯© with veggies Had atleast 1.5 L water πŸ’§ I didnt have any bakery item or sugar. Grateful to Allah that I could cook and have healthy meals.πŸ˜‡

so finally I got 2500 steps βœ…πŸ˜… stretching βœ… 2 L water βœ… few bites of tomato and no fruit today ❌ protein in all meals breakfast: egg and bread , lunch : chicken wrap, dinner: pulses with egg βœ… Grateful for steps βœ… tomorrow will move to Day 3 inshaAllah

No sugar day, was hard for me but I ate watermelon instead of any sugar containing food or junk food.
