so finally I got 2500 steps ✅😅 stretching ✅ 2 L water ✅ few bites of tomato and no fruit today ❌ protein in all meals breakfast: egg and bread , lunch : chicken wrap, dinner: pulses with egg ✅ Grateful for steps ✅ tomorrow will move to Day 3 inshaAllah

steps1700 😕 (500 after each meal couldn't manage more) stretching ( will try today) protein in breakfast lunch and dinner ☑️ fiber as orange and cucumber ☑️ water 1.5 L ☑️

No sugar day, was hard for me but I ate watermelon instead of any sugar containing food or junk food.
