I could've just commented but this is worth a post imo. I came across this story that blew my mind and immediately thought of what Travis is teaching here. So some guy in Arizona. No money. No inventory. Just a smartphone and a TikTok account. He's walking down Main Street one day - you know the kind, where mom and pop shops used to see foot traffic every afternoon. But nobody walks anymore. Everyone's on Amazon. These shop owners - older folks who've been running their stores for decades - they're sitting on inventory that won't move. They don't have TikTok. They're not on social media. Product just sits there generating nothing. Most people would see two separate problems, right? But this guy puts on his investor goggles. He walks into a shop and says something clearly different: "I'll set up a TikTok Shop right here in your store. Give me access to your inventory. I'll go live and sell it. You keep 50% of every sale. I handle everything." The shop owner had nothing to lose. Zero cannibalization of existing sales (there weren't any). Zero upfront cost. Zero risk to reputation. The owner said yes. Here's what happened: The guy started moving inventory that had been sitting dead. He repeated this at shop after shop across Main Street. That year, he made $750,000 part-time. The shop owners got revenue from inventory generating $0. Customers got 20% off retail. Three winners. Zero capital required. This seems like exactly what Travis means by "investor training wheels". The guy didn't speculate (buy inventory and hope it sells). He didn't gamble (throw money at ads and pray). He CREATED MARGIN from nothing by asking the core investor question: "How do I add $100 of value for $1 (or less)?" His answer: Use my existing skill (TikTok) to transform their "trash can" asset (dead inventory) into a digital vending machine. Every single time: Find what's generating $0, relocate it to where buyers are, split the new money. This is why the "training wheels" concept clicked for me.

Live-streaming on Skool just happened
How are we Ronin gonna utilize it? I've never done a live stream. Not much of an in-front-of-the-camera kind a guy. But this does seem like a pretty cool feature. What are some Ronin plays that immediately come to mind? Original Skool post just posted in the Skool group.

First Coffee Date with a cold lead - WENT SWIMMINGLY
OMG I can't believe how well this call went Emailed the guy 2 days ago, he got back to me right away, We talked for 45 mns, lovely dude, he brought his COO with him on the coffee date (sweet guy) This is in an industry I have never worked on before (even in my old SEO and email days) We have two potential deals we'll be working on, the $5k in 5 days and another potential SS campaign They're sitting on a goldmine of a list that they're not using to its full potential This is where I come in! This is glorious to say the least. Thank you @Travis Sago and everyone here!

News that affects YOU
Howdy! Heads up, I am taking this week off to hang out with Jeannie and Eric. (I am taking a lot of time off this holiday season.) I won't be super quick to respond. While I'm chilling... Please collab and help each other. I see more collaborations happening than ever. I am pleased as punch about that. If you are having trouble getting collabs, co-ops, partners... Here are the BIGGEST MISTAKES I see regularly: šŸ‘ŽRequests for collab are too GENERAL and all about PRAHDUKT. This is even more true if you request a collab from an audience owner. An IDEA is NOT a specific plan to take something off the influencer's plate, help their people relieve pain and make them look like a hero. There are 4 things an audience owner wants. If you commit these to memory and APPLY them, you're deal-making mojo will line up so many deals you won't be able to handle them all. 1. They want to look like a hero. (Not a salesperson or someone who is money grabbing.) 2. They want to SOLVE a problem or relieve pain for their audience. 3. They want to save or make money. (Least important.) 4. They want someone else to do all the work and thinking! (šŸ‘€) šŸ‘ŽNot thinking out and/or writing out your plan clearly. "I'm going to get you more buyers/traffic." lacks specifics. That is an IDEA, not a PLAN! A plan sounds more like this: (I'm not saying this would all be in an email/dm.) "You help parents get their newborns to sleep through the night. I've identified 35 new mom and parent newsletters with a combined circulation of over 1,500,000. I've already contacted five who are very open to putting your content inside their member's area as a bonus for their paid subscribers. I believe I can set up dozens of these buyer streams for you. I will handle all the reach out, negotiations and the tech side of getting your content in front of their buyers. This is a win for them because they get to help solve a problem for their audience. It's a win for their subscribers so they can get some sleep. I think it would be a big win for you to reach new parents who will become loyal, long-term customers for you. I don't want any money upfront. I want this to be an absolute no-brainer for you. We can discuss an amount per buyer lead that would be a steal for you! It would likely be a FRACTION of what you're paying now. I saw your ads on Facebook and figure you're paying at least $5 to $10 per lead and they are NOT buyers. I don't want anything close to that.
