Skool 07 08 Affiliate Code
Please remember to give out the affiliate code to anyone you introduce to the group https://www.skool.com/whwido/about If anyone joins from your link, you get 10% back, paid directly ( in that month) to you through skool. I know it's only a few dollars back, but hopefully it helps against your own cost. I have locked all the classroom sections for anyone new joining while I build all the new content, so for anything specific beyond general stuff, please DM to discuss.😀 I have also changed the back-end access to the group to encourage more members. This now allows freemium members to view only the intro and discussion pages and ask basic questions. But the classroom topic sections will remain locked for freemium visitors These are only available to paid members from 1st Sept; offline at the moment while the test and rebuild are underway. As I mentioned before, pricing from Sept will increase for new members only. Any questions, just ask 😁 Hopefully you can see the sections even though they are locked? Thanks Shaun

High iron and giving blood
What are people's thoughts on giving blood if your iron is high? Is it really a benefit? I've not researched it because of our diet.

As I understand it and I'm not expert on this topic...giving blood can be a real benefit if you genuinely have excess stored iron. It's not “wellness folklore”. What Im reading says therapeutic venesection is the standard treatment for haemochromatosis because removing roughly 500 ml of blood removes iron-containing red cells. Forcing the body to use stored iron to replace them. This helps protect the liver, pancreas and heart. The NHS website gives haemochromatosis guidance which is fairly conclusive. I think this is the sort of question Stephen would be able to talk to at length.

@Gary Le Rosbifs 😄 🤣. OMGosh. Next time you meet up, post Lil G's neck warmer removal you will be loving for even longer (time wise). It's one of the upsides to your impending calamari class.
Resistance Training repetitions - Why How and What you do - when you train ? Might sound like a daft question 😁
Hey Saun. I've been reading this related thread on Richards Skool group. Lots's of interesting comments, questions and posts. Anyway, it has me thinking about my own training. Do you offer 1-2-1's to explore this topic in more detail?
