I'd say skip them if you're trying to sell them something or trying to get them to sell. If you're not soliciting business, but rather trying to build a relationship with them, then call! Just grab their email and add them to a weekly/monthly email

Numbers
So we have a signed contract today for a home in San Diego. The Home is worth 1.7 million. We signed the contract at 1.225 million. We can wholesale the deal and make 75-100k or fix and flip the deal. Fix and Flip numbers are: 1.225 Purchase price 32k in fees 135k rehab 4 months of mortgages=40k All in is $1,432,000 Resale: $1,7000,000 Commissions and fees $75k Net: $1625,000 Minus all in of $1,432,000=$193,000
