Hi everyone! I got licensed as an LO in May last year, and only worked off and on, so I've only done 3 loans. I joined here last November but haven't really put any effort into my business since around Thanksgiving. Now that the holidays are over and the new year is in full swing, I am making a push to ramp up. I have no past clients to work with an no referral partners. I've gotten a few poor quality leads from FB ads, and have made cold calls to people for refinances without much luck. Now I'm ready to really get serious and close some loans.
