Such a busy day. Invicta Dive watch for the ride!

Today I’m back in the anOrdain, and this one just feels right for October. The enamel dial can be hard to pin down because it changes so much with the light. Sometimes it reads burgundy, sometimes plum, sometimes almost brown — and today it’s picking up all the warmer tones around it beautifully. That’s one of the reasons I keep enjoying this watch. There’s a lot happening if you actually stop and look at it. The color shifts, the texture comes through, and the whole dial seems to have a little more depth than you expect at first glance. And on a fall day, with a rust sweater and brown shoes, it feels completely at home.

On the Anachronist Zero Pass strap!

Monterey Kitty Hawk blue dial watch for today. Running errands and a nice lunch with my wife.

Next week will mark three years in cancer recovery treatments. As my Oncologist so eloquently stated, "I'm walking out of the woods now, not in." The Dufa has been with me since the 1st chemo treatment on January 23, 2023 reminding me "that time passes and this will to." Thank you to everyone who has supported me, my wife, and my family on this journey. It has been enormously appreciated. Have a magnificent Monday.
