My definite go-to since I have a sweet tooth that is tough to break. Shakes are key!

On cruise control, but driving the same weight loss course. Finding my norm using this system and liking the progress! Protein shake this morning 25G of protein and 400 calories. Moderation for lunch to save calories for dinner with the family.
