Hi all! I was one of the founding members of strIQ. I am no longer at the company, but it is a fantastic product that led me to my STR journey of managing 30+ properties, acquiring a glampsite, a SFH, and developing some cabins on 10 acres in Tennessee. Excited to be here. If I can be of any help, I want to be a give first, receive last kind of person. Glad to support anyone in their real estate journey whether they just started or have been around a while.
