Is there a way you can carry your selected comps over to the analyze page so the annual revenue spread is reflective of the comps selected? Or do you have to manually update the forecasted annual revenue to get the desired $$?

I have a 3/3.5 with 2 car garage townhouse in Bryan, TX. It’s been used for LTR till now. Now struggling to get it leased out due to new A&M towers close to university. The property is less than 4 miles from the A&M. Looking for some guidance to convert it into STR.

Does anyone know of good property managers or cohost that serve the Ponte Vedra Beach FL market? We have an investor that just finished a large STR conversion and wants to launch live asap, but would prefer a cohost or property manager either a) local to this market or b) that has other properties/expertise in this market. Hello, Everyone! I was wondering if anyone has used the strIQ tool to determine what upgrades and amenities will have the best ROI in your market for an existing STR? I have a two-car garage that is currently not utilized which zip can convert to livablespace and/or addition of amenites. I also have outdoor spaces that can accommodate more amenities.
