✅ Day 17 NEAT and STEPS check in
Finally got my first workout of the week in! Didn’t have time to get on the treadmill. I did not increase steps, but during breaks, I walked around inside the building and offices. 🙂 hit about 6k steps.

I'm WAY behind! I'm sorry for ghosting everyone! The day the bootcamp started, my dad fell and fractured his back. In addition to caring for mom who has dementia, I now am taking care of my dad. WHEW! It has been a doozy!
🙌 Update: 21 day Plateau Breaker Bootcamp 2.0 !
I've decided to re-run the 21 Day Plateau Breaker Bootcamp 2.0 Starting Jan 12. There have been a lot of new members since we started, and I want them to get the opportunity to do the challenge live! I will likely make some small changes with the challenge. ✅ Weekly live check in calls - for whoever wants me to check their progress and make suggestions (an opportunity to get coached by me) ✅ Updated trackers and worksheets ✅ opportunity for more intermediate/ advanced lifters to get on a strength training program ✅ Updated workouts to follow along to. These aren't set it stone, but this is what I was thinking. I want to make this community work for you so please comment below on what you think you need, or what you think this challenge needs.

@Joanne Zuniga Hi!! I'm slowly recovering from COVID, so I weighed in at 235 pounds this morning! My goal this week is to prioritize protein, whether it be chicken, ground pork, or protein powder in a protein shake or a Greek yogurt bowl with frozen blueberries. Getting proper nutrition has been a challenge. I've gone so long, barely eating or consuming empty carbs like crackers and chips, that I've completely forgotten how to eat properly and what nutritious foods are.

Hi! I'm Brandi, married to my husband for 18 years and counting, and mom to an only child, a 16-year-old boy. I'm a homemaker, home educator, and full-time caregiver for my parents. My mom had dementia, and my dad is paralyzed. I've been on Mounjaro since October 2022. I'm a type 2 diabetic, but my A1c has been in the normal range for the past 2 years. I went from a consistent 293 lbs. to 239 lbs. For the past 2 years, I've been losing and gaining the same 10 lbs. because I barely eat. When I do eat, it's crackers or chips, pretzels with hummus have been my latest obsession. After doing some reading, I found out that loss of muscle is one of the reasons you get dementia. I want to make sure I start taking steps to live a healthier, active life.
