Wealthbox vs Redtail
For anyone who left Redtail to move to Wealthbox, was there anything that you miss about Redtail? Is any functionality missing at Wealthbox? What has been the downside, if any, about moving to Wealthbox? Does Wealthbox have the ability to use workflows and tasks as well as Redtail? Thank you.

@Robin Hoback Thank you for letting me know! How big is is your team? I hear Wealthbox (and Redtail) are better for smaller teams. I am trying to figure out if WB can be appropriate for our firm as we add multiple teams of 3 people to the firm.

Great feedback! Thank you. I will look into Hubly for workflow. We use Redtail workflows extensively thanks to Kate at Simplicity! I hesitate to lose that functionality and from what I saw, the Wealthbox workflows were a little clunky.
Wealthbox and tracking client review meetings
Curious is anyone has a best practice for tracking client annual reviews. Here's what I'm doing: I have Tags for "Client Review: 1st half of year" and "Client Review 2nd half of year". I use these tagged groups in conjunction with an email template for reaching out to schedule their reviews. Also, when I set up a review I use the client category "Client Review" in the calendar--as a WB "Event". What I'd like to do from here, is periodically run a report that shows all of those tagged and who has the "Client Review" (WB 'event') set up, to see who I have and have not met with in that half of the year. I'd like to use this report to quickly find out who I need to track down and reach out to (since they haven't set up a 'client review' (event) with me yet). I can't seem to get the reports to do this for me. Thanks in advance!

Roles and permissions in Redtail
What are best practices when you have two talented client service associates who both want to service all of the clients? How do you handle the assignment of roles in Red Tail? Should the CSAs be assigned to specific clients or should they both work on the entire book? Any feedback is appreciated.
