Recently, i have been struggling with releasing the discus. My coaches and senior say that it is because i'm leading the throw with my head. And i think that it's because my blockleg landing facing the side instead of the throwing direction. Can you give me some advices of how to fix that?
well im not a pro, you can say im a beginner too but ig its your blockleg facing the side as you said as well as in your first turn, your right leg isnt in the middle it was put kinda to the side, try to go straight with your legs & see if it works 'saying this because i had the same problem & still have it sometimes so probably that'll help'
