How can I improve my technique?

My second practice transitioning to the 1.6kg disc, just wondering if I could get any tips or tweaks to help my technique going into my freshman year. Anything helps!

After many years as shotputter (16m72), I want to finish my carreer as discus thrower. This year I almost reach my old PB (48m72 in 2008) with 46m07 in june 👊 My funny goal is throwing 47m at 47 years old 😅 Here, some good throws between 44 and 45m.. Thanks to the community for advices 🙏

Around 120 ft non reverse throw, any tips would be greatly appreciated
