How to book 30+ sales calls every month with Cold Email
Most people think cold email is outdated. "No one replies." "It all goes to spam." "Nobody reads them anymore." But when done right, cold email remains one of the most cost-effective, scalable ways to fill your calendar with qualified prospects. We’ve used this exact system to generate 30+ meetings per month—consistently. Here’s how it works: 𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Your email health matters. A lot. - Use a dedicated domain (e.g., go[YourBusinessName].com). - Premium email providers like Microsoft Office help keep your emails out of spam. 𝟮. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 Not all prospects are worth reaching out to. - Use Apollo to find decision-makers in your niche. - Apply filters (industry, job title, revenue) to stay laser-focused. - MillionVerifier helps clean your list and eliminate bounces. 𝟯. 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 Forget robotic, sales-heavy pitches. - Keep your emails short, clear, and human. - Focus on the recipient’s pain points and how you solve them. - Offer something valuable—insights, a resource, or a quick win. 𝟰. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 Most people ignore cold emails. They don’t ignore personalized videos. - Tools like Repliq let you scale video outreach while keeping it personal. - Instead of pitching a call, send a value-driven video first. 𝟱. 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗨𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Most responses come after the third or fourth email. - Build sequences that add value with every touchpoint. - Use a mix of email, LinkedIn, and even soft social touches. The Result? A predictable system that books calls on autopilot—without ad spend or endless outreach. Cold email isn’t dead. Bad cold email is. How are you currently optimizing your cold email outreach? Let’s share insights below.

🙌6 simple "Cheat Codes" made me rich before 25.
The sooner you master them, the sooner you win: 1. Pareto’s Law (80/20 Rule) Most of your results come from a small fraction of what you do. Figure out what works, double down, and ignore the rest. Stop wasting time on things that don’t matter. 2. Murphy’s Law If something can go wrong, it will. Be ready. Have backup plans. Hope for the best, but always prepare for the worst. 3. Kidland’s Law A problem you can clearly define is already halfway solved. Write it out. Break it down. Get clear on what you’re really dealing with. 4. Gilbert’s Law No one else is going to figure it out for you. Take full control of your life and results. Your success is your job—own it. 5. Wilson’s Law Focus on learning and becoming great at what you do. Don’t just chase cash. Mastery brings money—it’s a natural result. 6. Falkland’s Law Don’t waste energy on pointless decisions. Save your focus for the things that really move the needle. Learn to ignore the noise. Stick to these, stay disciplined, and success will follow. Do you follow these Cheat Codes in your daily life?

🤔Who is your favorite business guru?🤔
I’ve spent 9 years & $200,000+ on coaches & gurus🤯 But I learned 10x more from free business content. Here are 9 business people that will teach you more than $200k: 💥Richard Branson Branson founded Virgin Records in 1970 & grew it into a giant that sold for $1 billion. He’s build over 400 companies across dozens of industries. His key to business is being willing to try & learn without all the answers. Branson believes people hold themselves back by waiting for the perfect moment. #1 Lesson: Act with 60% of information and be willing to take risks. 💯Neil Patel Neil is an expert on SEO & marketing who has consulted Amazon, Google, & Microsoft. His blogs and best selling books help millions learn how to master online marketing. Patel believes failure is an inevitable part of business. He says we should expect & learn from them rather than fearing them. #1 Lesson: Success is a marathon. Don’t give up on the first challenge. Push through and you will win. 💪Grant Cardone Cardone has trained 100,000s of sales people to increase their skills. His 5 companies do $10M+ every year & he owns $1B+ of real estate. Grant says his key to success is taking massive action. To achieve extraordinary results one cannot put in average effort. #1 Lesson: You are capable of 10X more than you think... but only with 10X the effort. ❗Simon Sinek Sinek has coached top companies like Microsoft on improving leadership. His Famous Ted talk explains the “golden circle” of leadership. Simon argues most companies focus on the what (product) instead of why (purpose). He believes every successful company needs a reason for existing beyond money. #1 Lesson: The best leaders focus on the unique value they bring to customers. 💸Patrick Bet-David Bet-David earned his first dollar pool-cleaning and has now created a $100M+ agency. His business has expanded over the US and he provides advice to aspiring entrepreneurs. Patrick's business advice focuses on long term planning & strategy. He believes entrepreneurs should plan 5 steps and anticipate risks.

Post your content
Whatever you do, start posting content today. I could say it 1,000,000 times and people still don’t do it. I don’t care if you’re scared, I don’t care if your first 100 videos suck, just start. Why would you care about someone who’s not on the same path as you? Why would you care about your first video being crap when if you start in 2 years, your first video will still be crap? Content is the biggest tool you can have. Leverage it for inbound leads. Leverage it for all other acquisition methods. Paid ads, cold outreach etc is only 10% of the sales cycle, content is the other 90% You will fail long term without content and a personal brand I’ve spent the last 12 days, writing 230 pages of docs and filmed a 6 hour AI Infrastructure masterclass. Enjoy the process and all the rewards it brings. Start posting, and make sure your content provides absolute VALUE Ps, the thumbnail for tonight’s 6 hour masterclass in mind

This post is gold. And so true
Stop wearing all the hats
One thing I’ve learned after failing many ‘business models’ is it is 10x easier when you’re not wearing all the hats. This means you’re not doing all the work. You leverage other people’s time, skill and expertise. I do this for - outreach - Fulfillment - Closings (depending on calendars) And ofc you have the option for Ai dialers for appt setting. This is why I book 10+ calls a day sometimes. I promise you once you can leverage people who are better than you in other departments, scaling is simply inevitable. Stop weighing down your head by wearing all the hats. Make a chance, work smarter not harder. Constriction workers would always be richest if hard work was rewarded. That doesn’t mean don’t work hard, Work hard while working smarter, that’s why I’m currently able to have time to record and script a 5 hour+ masterclass Anyways let’s have a great week starting tomorrow, create systems, hire teams, book calls and close deals. If you’re stuck on how to create the leverage just dm me on Skool or comment leverage, or hit the ig _harryclark_

This is true. Be a Master of one high income skill and build the business around that skill. Or maybe a couple skills but not to the point where you are wearing all of the hats. That’s too much for anyone to do.
