SAR v.s DSAR
Hello, you amazing folk.... I thought i would share this as i am getting so many requests to help folk who are submitting a DSAR rather than a SAR. probably a load of old rope you all know, as i am sure this group knows the difference, however, just in-case.... It was suggested i make a guide for the difference in a DSAR and SAR..... So i did. Is it ok to upload it here.. If not i will remove it asap Might be a bit messy, sorry if it is, however if we know the difference we may get more from our requests.... It was for a group i was on some time ago and they requested some support. Bless Sharing is caring as my daughter says. And thank you Pete... She is well versed on Trust now; due to the Tony the Tiger book you did.... It is FANTASTIC.... Actually, to start, i was learning from it also.... ha ha ha I have moved on now Thankfully xxxx Huge Blessings BoNeZ

Released the 2 bots, CT and the Audit Ai
Thanks for all those that tested them. Feel free to post this post on Fakebook, etc I’m releasing two educational AIs designed to bring more clarity and less fear into everyday public-law problems. CT & Rates AI Light Explains Council Tax (England & Wales) and Domestic Rates (Northern Ireland) letters, bills, reminders and enforcement in plain English. It uses a Novice A–E framework to: Identify your situation Explain basic rules and fairness Apply them in a neutral way Suggest low-risk next steps (questions, clarifications, complaints routes) Set realistic expectations It does not give legal advice, tactics, or tell you not to pay. Council & Police Audit AI Helps you calmly audit councils and police: websites, reception areas, forms, FOI/DSAR processes. It focuses on understanding your rights, recording what you see, and using official complaints and oversight routes—never confrontation or harassment. You remain responsible for your own decisions; these tools are for learning and orientation only. NHS
Hallelujah, I do not know how i did this, it has taken 3 months of my life, 380 hours and a right old slog, however i was sure correct that the NHS took my CSF without consent OR NEED, just GREED. I am a great findoutologist, however i am unsure of the process i should take with this case. I have done my research, and it is pretty epic. Does anyone know about the route i should proceed with this case. This is where i get confused... THANK YOU TO THIS GROUP, for all the support to make this possible especially Pete. I do not know how you do it. Replying to all of us, keeping us up-to-+date, videos every week, public meetings, Free documents Free advice wow........ I did one case and i am shattered. You really are a true inspiration Pete, and all in here. Here is the case..... Summary of Case Ref: HOF-666-235 Unlawful Collection, Custody, and Disclosure of Clinical (CSF) Material Prepared by: Clare (Self-represented) Date: 23 January 2026 Core Allegation The case concerns the unlawful collection, handling, and possible disclosure of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, without: - valid consent, - documented legal authority, - or a lawful chain of custody. Material Involved - Biological specimen: CSF, obtained via lumbar puncture - Special category data: Clinical and forensic records attached to specimen - This is not a simple data breach — it involves handling of human tissue without consent. Legal Breaches Identified Based on the disclosed documents in the Chain of Evidence bundle: 1. No Signed Consent 2. No Chain of Custody 3. Governance Not Executed 4. No Safeguard Actions Taken 5. Systemic Failure Findings and Evidentiary Status - Findings rely on disclosed documents alone (SAR05932 bundle) - Annex G and H demonstrate that governance documents were provided in place of execution records - Evidence is fully itemised, paginated, and source-linked - No reliance on opinion — absence is recorded as absence

Thank you so much Pete.. I have sent it to the IC( then, apparently the CQC, however unsure after that. It's a horrendous procedure they did. Totally unessisary. However, my gut was correct they sold my CSF to a German stem-cell Lab Just waiting on more evidence ha Thank you again Pete for the reply, I don't know how you do it.

@Rachel Spencer it is SHOCKING. I had my new born child with me only 16 days old. I was horrendous. Well..my anger has gone now, I justice for all new moms that do not have to endure what I did. If I can do that then the job is done. I must say Drs need training in hand writing ha lol.

Hamish is chasing Harry the haggis, but don't worry we are all here no matter which country you are from, we are all mankind🙂 we will be having a fun and informative quizz, like these questions maybe:- Trust Question “If a trust ultimately depends on intention, honesty, and people doing the right thing…what do you think is the hardest part to get right: the paperwork, the people, or the patience?” The Broons “Who do you think really runs the Broons household: Paw Broon, Maw Broon, or Granpaw Broon pretending he’s no idea what’s going on?” “A Scotsman, an Irishman, a Welshman, and an Englishman all walk into a pub…who’s at the bar first?” The Englishman. - The Scotsman lost his wallet - The Irishman is already having "Craic" with a stranger - The Welshman is just being sheepish - The Englishman cut in front trying to be better than the rest “So… who actually buys the first round?” The Geordie — who’s just walked in with his lass, she’s got nee coat on,and he’s shouting: “Haway man, get the Broons in!” 🤣🥳😍 Tuesday 7.30pm online but in the Toon Geordies Aa went te Blaydon Races, ’twas on the ninth o’ June,Eighteen hundred an’ sixty-two, on a summer’s afternoon; Aa tuk the bus frae Balmbra’s an’ she was heavy laden, Away we went alang Collingwood Street, that’s on the road to Blaydon. Oh me lads, ye should’ve seen us gannin’, Passin’ the folks upon the road just as they were stannin’; Thor was lots o’ lads an’ lasses there, all wi’ smiling faces, Gannin’ alang the Scotswood Road to see the Blaydon Races. Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau (Land of My Fathers) Welsh Mae hen wlad fy nhadau yn annwyl i mi,Gwlad beirdd a chantorion, enwogion o fri;Ei gwrol ryfelwyr, gwladgarwyr tra mad,Dros ryddid collasant eu gwaed. Scotland (Flower of Scotland is copyright) Oh, ye’ll tak the high road, and I’ll tak the low road, And I’ll be in Scotland afore ye; But me and my true love will never meet again On the bonnie, bonnie banks o’ Loch Lomond. Now for England We were tempted to go with Mary Had a Little Lamb…
