I have been using tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy since April. For the last two months I have stalled with weight loss and I am now at 11.125mg of an 85% dosing concentration. This is their highest level. I am considering switching to retatrutide. Can anyone give me advice on what the protocol would be, or what I should do instead if that isn’t a good idea.

My stack includes ghk-cu, tesamorelin, bpc-157/TB-500, aod-9604, and NAD+

I am also starting lipo-c on Monday
