Got a ton done at the house, enjoyed being home, and capped it off with a good dinner — chicken noodle soup hit the spot. It felt good to relax after the work was wrapped up. Steps ended up at 18,500 late in the day, and I decided to push for 20,000. That small choice made the difference, and it’s a tiny new goal I might carry through the week.
