Yesterday’s Stats: 🪶 Weight: 258.9 🚶♂️ Steps: 2,775 💪 Pushups/Sit-ups: Weekend rest 🍽️ Calories: 1,950 Yesterday was a bit of a crazy day—and not the most productive one. Between church, several hours in the car taking the grandbabies back, and a long stretch working on an MBA group project, the steps just didn’t happen. I planned to walk in the evening, but instead chose to get a solid night of sleep to start the week. I’m okay with missing 12,000 steps for one day, but only if I make it up today. My rule is simple: two-day average still needs to be 12,000 so today I need to get to 24,000 for the two days. That means today I’ll walk until I hit the target. The scale has bounced up a little since Saturday’s new low, but that’s life. Grandkids, extra food, less activity—none of that is a disaster, it just means the weekend was full. Today is a new day, and the focus is simple: steps, structure, and progress forward. “The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you’re not going to stay where you are.” – J.P. Morgan That’s the choice. We don’t stay stuck. We keep moving. 🦆 #OFJ
