I used to overanalyze everything tap vs bottled, still vs sparkling, minerals or no minerals and honestly, it got overwhelming fast. What I’ve learned is to pay more attention to how my body feels. Right now, I drink mostly bottled still water, especially when I’m busy or on the go. It’s simple, consistent, and works for me. When I stay hydrated, my energy and focus are noticeably better. When I don’t, I can feel the difference pretty quickly. I love conversations like this because hydration isn’t just about the water itself it’s about awareness. Listening to your body, being intentional when you can, and giving yourself grace when convenience takes over.
