I am involved in a cellular health program. Remember I discussed in my Hydration chat how I felt I wasn't feeling hydrated even though I was drinking my water? I have confirmed with my cellular blood analysis that I was right! Not only the water I drink may not be helping to flush my cells, the supplements I am taking may be being flushed out as well! So I will be reporting more as I learn. Mean while hypertension was talked about and I felt this information would be valuable! This is what is suggested. ALWAYS review any changes you make with your own nutritionist. A nutritionist has been trained to help you with this decisions. Excessive pressure of blood against arterial walls increases risk for heart attack and stroke.
