Zyto scan testimonial ... 2 years apart ...
The difference of my lifestyle between these two scans may be controversial to some. First scan done while I was practicing being a vegan. I had been a raw vegan for 6 months, to help put my body in a position where it could heal a knee I had been walking with a limp, and in pain for some time. Stayed 80% vegan for 2 years. (meaning I wasn't eating donuts, beer or meat., lol) I also was 30 lbs. lighter! Yes, by then I was eating cooked foods but still no meat. Now, I have been not eating as well and not green juicing like I was, & not exercising like I had been. So even with a faltered "lifestyle" my scan is amazing! Must be the X39, Aeon, X49, glutathione, & energy enhancer! This time around I am trying more a meat as a condiment ("Mediterranean" food style) because I will be a 6pack grandma by summer! Please cheer me on! What are you doing differently OR is working for you?

Fasting ... WHY? What is fasting?
Why? In the past, many health problems have been associated with nutritional deficiencies, but today we understand that most health problems are in fact associated with dietary excess. Adopting a wellness promoting lifestyle may reduce the need for some traditional medical treatments. A properly conducted water only fast may help some people escape pleasure foods and more easily adopt a beneficial, healthy food choices and lifestyle changes. From my experience at Hippocrates Health Institute I learned that it takes 28 days to change a habit. What Is Fasting? Fasting is defined as the complete abstinence from all substances except pure water, in an environment of rest. Rest must be encouraged since even moderate activity can increase the metabolism, altering optimum adaptation to the fasting experience. To maximize the benefits of fasting, unnecessary mobilization of nutrient reserves best to be avoided. When fasting, the body transitions from glucose metabolism (using carbs for fuel) to fat oxidation (burning stored fat). Manage your fast successfully by · Resting & · Halting your normal workout routine during fasting. Walking and gentle yoga is ok. · Hydrate!!!! Successful management of fasting results in the body recycling damaged cells and proteins for renewal, “autophagy” which is a key benefit, instead of catabolism of muscle tissue if one display excessive physical activity and fails to hydrate successfully. How Long Should You Fast? Abstain from food either for a large part of each day, or a few days, each week or month. Fasting is one of the oldest dietary interventions in the world, and modern science confirms it can have a beneficial influence on your health and longevity ~ Some people fast one day a week. ~ Some do a 3-5 day fast

Detox? ... clearing out the unwanted? ... new beginnings!
What is it? Why does our body do it? Even if you live a healthy life, you still need to cleanse regularly. Our cells excrete waste and toxins and over time these wastes back up, making our body and mind sluggish. The air we breathe, the water we drink and shower in, and environment in which we live is toxic. So you’ve decided to detox? Wonderful! Detoxing our bodies also helps to cleanse our thoughts & emotions. We have more energy and a more positive attitude! So many become so afraid when their body detox’s. I hear” Oh no”, “Not me”, or just “no thank you”. Well did you know your body is detoxing every day all on it’s own! Sometimes a detox can look like the flu, or skin disorders such as acne. Being tired, body odor, not sleeping well etc. Detox reactions generally last for 4-5 days, Of course it would be wise to make sure all exits are clear and ready to flow … (enemas … more on this later) I’m sure you have or soon will come to the conclusion that as we age our body slows down things are moving as fast as we’d like them to. Think about it … that means elimination is slowing down as well. How does that show up in our bodies? The #1 thing a large percent of the population notices is feeling backed up. Well’ that’s exactly it! I had a consult with one of Dr. Pompa’s staff. We discussed that when we are young, in most cases things are moving smoothly. As we age toxins that are not moving out as swiftly as they use to start to back up & build up in our body. We discussed that our bodies can handle a little, but over time (usually 20 years) these toxins that are not moving out are building up and when 3 different toxins build up in the body (colon, liver & kidneys) this causes a storm resulting in malfunction. Malfunction comes in many forms and has been labeled with many names. So what is one to do? Here we will explore many (not all) ways people have success keeping things moving. What is your favorite way to keep things moving? But first lets talk about a few daily habits ….

Detox? ... clearing out the unwanted? ... new beginnings!
The “I Am” practice is not just a ritual, it’s a pathway to wellbeing and limitless potential!
Have you ever tried starting your day with the words “I Am”? Across ancient traditions—from Vedic teachings to Western mysticism—the phrase has been seen as more than words. It’s a reminder of our connection to something greater and a gentle way to shape how we experience the day. Many teachers have shared that when we say “I Am,” we’re declaring who we choose to be. Peaceful. Grateful. Strong. Loving. I like to repeat my “I Am’s” while brushing my teeth, driving, or breathing quietly for a moment. Simple… yet powerful. Gratitude and affirmation can shift our mindset, calm the body, and lift the spirit. I’m curious— What are your favorite “I Am” statements? Share one below so we can inspire each other. ✨
